I have a paypal account in Spain for 9 years now, and last week I was going to send a payment and I found that my country has changed from Spain as it used to be, to Ireland.
I tried to change it but it appears that it is the only thing that you can't change in your account.
How has this happened? why can't I solve it?
I sent many emails, messages, resolution requests but I have no reply from Paypal
Phone customer services, when you get through don't select any options just say the word agent or just stay quiet till you get put through to an agent.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
