Hi there, I recently moved from Australia to Singapore and have used my PayPal account not realising that there are not enough funds in the bank account that my PayPal account is linked to. I just tried to change the card over to my Singapore account and it won't let me. I have no way of paying this debt to PayPal other than using a card from my current country as that is where my wages are paid to and I don't want to send money back to the old account as it is about to be closed.
What can I do to pay this debt so I can close the old PayPal account and then reopen a new one using current details.
Thanks

Paypal is country specific so if you move country you have to open another paypal account in that country and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
