Link bank account issue

Hi,

I tries to link my NatWest account today but after I entered my details for the account and tried to register this device (amazon kindle fire) I was made to enter another code from my mobile! After trying to verify my device twice by getting a text to my phone I am now **bleep** off because my NatWest account still isn't on there!

What is going wrong with your system?
