I can't verify my bank account

 Hello everyone,

 

I hope you are doing well. I am having an issue with verifying my bank account. I add all information correctly and I wait almost a week but it never verifies.

Before I have added one bank account and at this time PayPal charged me a little in order to verify the bank and it all worked well.

This time it did not charge me maybe that's why it has not been confirmed.

I have contacted them but no reply.

What do you think should I do?

Hello kamilasliw! Thank you for your post and welcome to the PayPal UK Community! I’m sorry that it took us so long to get back to you regarding this. If you are still unable to confirm your bank account, I recommend deleting the bank account and re-adding it. Please also clear cache and cookies from your internet browser as this might help too.
