How can I change email address?

I changed my email address ages ago, and deleted the old one.  I now have only one address showing in my profile.  But whenever I log in to pay on PayPal the old email address is already filled in, so I have to change it every time I log in.  How can I stop this? Its driving me mad!

This sounds like it could be sorted by deleting the cookies and cache from your computer.

Below are instructions describing how to clear caches of various browsers. If your browser is not listed below, we suggest that you use the help section of your browser or contact your service provider’s customer service centre.

Clearing Cache and Cookies in Internet Explorer:

1. Open an Internet Explorer browser window.
2. Click ‘Tools’ at the top of the page.
3. Select ‘Internet Options’ from the drop down menu.
4. On the General tab, click the ‘Delete Files’ and ‘Delete Cookies’ buttons in the Temporary Internet Files section.
5. This will delete all the files currently stored in your cache and cookies.

Clearing Cache and Cookies for Mozilla browser:

1. Open a new Mozilla Firefox browser window.
2. Click 'Tools' at the top of the page.
3. Click ‘Clear Recent History’ from the drop down menu.
4. Checkmark the data you wish to remove.
5. Click 'Clear Now’.
