Hello i need resolve problem with my card any time from next week not letting buy anything. My card is correct but what is the problem here why i cant confirme my acount. I need to pay for my goods , but i can not add the same card or on ebay or here.

Hello i again having problem bau paypal balance. I can't resolve negatie balance again second time now happend , my account is ine and bank said as well same. because here is paypal sistem error please resove this issue . thanks. i do not want to see negative myy balance .
