Greetings Paypal Community,

My paypal account was recently limited, i sent in an email explaining my situation 2-3 days ago, haven't got a reply yet so i decided to post here in hopes that this will get resolved. My account was recently limited and i can do the steps to unlimit it but theres one thing stopping me, when ever i go to change the password and security question like im supposed to do i need to add in my credit card info. The problem with that is, that the credit card on my account was a gift card i used on the account several years ago 4-5? i'm not sure how long ago but i know that it was a very long time ago, and i don't remember the credit card number so i can't unlock my account. (I'm willing to provide details on my account, past transactions, security questions etc..)

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".
