FAILURE TO LINK MY CREDIT CARD

PAYPAY DOES NOT ADD LINK MY CARD. THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE IS DISPLAYED:

"This card is not accepted. Please use a different card" BUT THEY WONT TELL ME WHAT IS WRONG WITH MY CARD - I USE THE CARD ON ALL OTHER INTERNET SHOPS - ITS ONLY PAYPAL WHO SEEMS TO HAVE A PROBLEM - REALLY STRANGE.

PLEASE HELP.

What type of card is it?

@kernowlass Im in South Africa and the card is a MasterCard Credit Card issued by ABSA bank member of Barclays. Thanks.

Well it should be accepted as long as its not a pre-paid or virtual card.

AND as long as you have not got it linked to any other paypal account even one that is now closed.

The only way you can sort it is to contact customer services and ask why it is not being accepted   >>
