Hey - all afternoon eBay has flagged up a 'can't use your paypal email' error... and on the Paypal site itself, I can't add a bank account ("We're sorry, we're not able to process your request. Please try again later.') Basically, every operation I've tried on paypal today has failed. Is something going on / is the system down...?
