Difficulty on changing my country and time zone on paypal

I am having difficulty on changing my country and time zone on paypal.
I used to live in UK but moved to Hong Kong a month ago, i wish to add a new card to my paypal account but i found out that it sticks with my UK timezone so i couldnt add up with any other countries'.
Anyone could help me out?
Do I have to close up my account and recreate it?

Hello Kattyu! Thank you for your post and welcome to the PayPal UK Community! I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulty on your account. If you have moved to a new country, you will have to open a PayPal account :). Once you have opened a new account, you will be able to add your current Hong Kong address and your new financial information (i.e. a card issued by a Hong Kong bank). If you are not planning to return to the UK, you can close that account as long as you have received all your recent purchases. Please make sure to delete all your financial information registered on your account profile. Hope this helps. - Carlos
