Hello there 🙂 my problem is that : i have credit card linked to my old account ( it's frozen because I don't use it) It is possible to remove the card for my that account and added to my new one? p.s. Sorry for my language
If there is a limitation on your PayPal account you will not be able to removed and information, however if you account is inactive you will need to call our customer service on 0800 358 7911.
