Confirming email address doesn't work

I have tried to set up a secondary email address, but when I got the email confirmation, there was no button to confirm the address. In help it says to click on "no confirm button in email" but that wasn't there either. Basically there is no way for me to confirm the email address..........

Welcome to the Community Forum! Sorry to hear about this. You can try and confirm your email address by following the steps below.
- Click 'Profile' near the top of the page.
- Click 'My account settings.'
- Click 'Update' beside 'Email.'
- Select the email address you want to confirm and click 'Confirm.' We'll send you an email.
- Click the link in the email to confirm your email address.
If you don't receive the email or you're unable to complete these steps, please contact Customer Support for assistance.
