Confirming Card Request twice but card already confirmed

I had already confirmed my bank account but it still told me to confirm my card. So I requested the 4 digit code and then again accidentally. However as my card, as it turns out, is already confirmed. How do I get the £2 refunded?

I'm sorry to hear of the difficulties you have been experiencing when trying to confirm your card linked to PayPal. If your card had been confirmed previously, it should not have been possible to initiate the process again.


If you don't receive a 4 digit code on your statement to confirm your card, you should reach out to our customer service team directly and we can assist you with getting the £2 refunded.


This can be done by phone or email if you click the 'Help & Contact' icon at the bottom of any PayPal webpage.
