We are a registered NPO charitable association in Spain. Many of our supporters like to use PayPal to send donations to our cause. We want to do a series of events in the style of a draw or raffle with a non-cash prize (value no more than 100 euros). I understand this used to be possible without breaching the Acceptable Use policy. Is this still the case please? And if so, are we able to offer a gift vouchers as a non-cash prize (value no more than 100 euros)? Thank you!

Hi there,
Welcome to the PayPal Community.
I recommend sending an email to euaup@paypal.com who may be able to assist you with your question.
