Hello All,
I hope someone can inform me correctly as people on the phone at paypal just simply are not grasping what I am saying.
I set up paypal business account as a soletrader, I have now incorporated my business.
As it stands I am a new business as I have paid my dues to the HMRC as a soletrader, so now I am a completely new entity.
Do i need to open a new paypal account? or can paypal change my company name and start afresh? as all the previous transactions are not part of my new business, and will contribute towards me hitting the VAT threshold quicker then I should.
Any advice greatly received
Devon
