Changes in my bank card details

Hiya ,i have received a new card ,acc number is the same ,but long card number as changed ,try to update it ,but it says that the acc nr card already exists?! Can someone help ,all i want is to add my long card number which is now different ..many thanks

Have you tried "editing" the card and updating it rather than adding it as a new card??

Hi TimoPet1,

Welcome to the Community Forum! All you need to do in this case is remove your lost card and add your new card to your account.

To remove your old card, just click on 'Profile' when logged in, then 'My Money', and 'Update' beside 'Debit and credit cards'. You'll have the option to remove the card in question. After the card is removed, simply click on 'Profile' again to find the option to add a card back.
