Cant add a bank account! URGENT PLEASE RESPOND!!

I have tried adding my bank account to paypal but it keeps saying, Sorry we cannot process your request. PLease try again later. Ive tried again later and later for 2 weeks now I still cant add it! Why? PLease add my account I have things that need paying!!!

Nothing we can do, suggest you contact customer services and see if they will add it manually for you.
