Cannot Delete Bank Account

Hi there,

I want to delete my linked bank account but it says there is a pending transaction but when i go into the unresolved center i cannot see anything there, how do you go about in deleting this

Check you haven't got anything in here to be paid for by your bank account / paypal.

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > and under "manage upcoming payments" top left of page second option down is pre-approved payments.

Thanks for the reply i've just done what you have suggested but cannot find anything that could be a problem... i did have a prob with an unkown payment a month ago but that got sorted and solved would that be the cause still why i can't delete the bank account? my account is clear of any probs that i can think of.... do i need to reset something?

If your paypal account is not limited then not sure why you can't remove it.

Your best bet is to give customer services a call and see if they can remove it for you

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top. Log in and get the code.
When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent".
In the UK its free from any landline phone.
