Cannot Approve New Bank Account or Remove Old Bank Account

Hi
I am struggling to approve my new bank account or remove my old one.
Whilst trying to approve my new bank account it says to use the 4 digit code from the 0.01p deposit in my new account - which i have not received over 24 hours. There is no option to request a new code etc?
Also when trying to remove my old bank account it says I cannot due to a current transaction however nothing is showing ?
I have an monetary amount which is pending to be credited to my new account however I cannot approve the account.
Tried to call the customer services however I can only get through to a robot. . .
Any help would be much appreciated.
