I wanted to cancel one of the bank account PP is associated with but it constantly says it's not possible 'cause some dtransactions are still panding. Nothing is pending, last payment was made 2 days ago, no subscriptions etc.

Bank funded payments can take up to 7 working days to complete to PayPal. When you make a payment on PayPal we will pay the seller immediately and request the funds from your bank. Once the bank have completed the funds to PayPal you will be able to remove the bank account.
