Bank Account linking problem | Not able to process request, please try again later...

First of all I apologise if this is the wrong section!

I received the deposit with the code for the bank account but I accidentally removed/unlinked the bank account from PayPal before entering the 4 digit code and when I try to connect the account again I get this message continuously:

Any of you know what to do? I want this bank account to be linked with my PayPal account.
