Awarded refund to old card

I was awarded a refund     but it was refunded back to the Original card I used to purchase which has since expired . Will this still be refunded to my bank account as it was from my visa/debit card?

Hi there Zooz,

If you have received a refund on a payment, the funds would be sent directly back to the card that was originally used to fund the payment. If your bank have cancelled the card, they would transfer the money directly back to your new card when they receive the funds that we have sent to them.

This can take on average between 3 and 5 working days to complete processing but in some cases, it can take anywhere up to 30 calendar days for the funds to show up on your card. We are unable to do a trace on the transaction until 30 calendar days has passed from when the refund was processed by PayPal.
