Hi I am trying to add my bank account to my pay pal account and when it asks to send an SMS to confirm who I am it keeps asking to send a text to my old phone number which is not my primary number. And when I try to remove the old number from my account it keeps saying "the characters you've entered do not match the characters in the image" but they give no image in the first place?!?!? Please help I need to add my account to paypal as I am travelling and need access to money! Many thanks in advance
