Adding a joint account to paypal.

Can anyone help me? I want to add my bank account to my paypal account but it is a joint account (bank not paypal) it is asking for the full name on the account, as it appears on the statements, and says I will be charged if I input it incorrectly. I am presuming that I have to put both my husbands and my own name? even though the paypal account is only in my name. Many thanks, Lolly.

I had the same problem but found out you don't need both names one is fine.

But the name you add  has to be written as per your bank account.

So eg say mine is S & M Smith then i just put M. Smith.

Thank-you for taking the time to answer. With christmas on the way and 4 little ones, it will be so much easier to use paypal and buy online.
