Hi, I have recently added an email to my account and am now try to confirm it which is my problem.
I receive an email from pay pal ,which is what they say they will do, but it has no hyperlink to click on, resulting in me being stuck in a loop of requesting the confirmation email again and again without success. Any help would be much appreciated.
I have already tried other browsers.
This is how I see it
Confirm your email address
Dear xxxx xxxxx,
Confirm your email address now to let us know it really belongs to you.
Once that's done, you're ready to receive money.

I am having exactly the same problem, I phoned paypal and the boy I spoke to was no help, I still can't confirm my new email address - He told me just to create a new account.
Think I will just close my paypal account and start paying by bank transfer, saves the seller money

I'm having the same problem. I have a business account, and added an email address that was used for an ebay order. No link in email, and when I try to confirm with using the number code from the bottom of the email, I always get a negative result. Pretty crappy error for a service like paypal.
