I'm trying to add one of my managers as a User on my PP account and for the life of me I can't find where to do it. Before the admin panel all changed I did succesfully add someone but can't figure how to get to that screen now.
I've tried:
Login to PayPal Account / Select "Profile" / Under "Account Information" / Select "Manage Users"
but there is no "Manage Users" tab link or button available as far as I can see there.
