Hello recentley my paypal account hes became limited. I've provided all the information paypal has asked me for (passports, proof of address) but the thing is they are asking me to prove the bank account on the account, the problem is it's my sons. Paypal have asked me to upload my son's passport, proof that the cards his (bank statement) and a letter of approval. This is fine but the problem I'm having is that they have not told me where to upload this information to. There is no where in the resolution centre where I can upload anything. If anyone could help me with this I'd be greatly appriciative. TIA.
