I have had a previous paypal account that would not allow me to add paypal credit through my debit account, I proceeded to delete said account and create a new one.
This new account was made about two weeks ago and I have just tried to link my bank account again today, I try to link my account but I get a message saying it is disabled.
Help! I want to use my paypal account but I am unable. Is it because I had my bank account linked to a previous account despite shutting it down?
