A bit dodgy

tried confirming my card, got code from bank, didnt work, now my card infomation has been completely removed from paypal and blocked.

Now to get my card back up on PayPal i need to upload photo ID and give documents to PayPal, in all my years of using the internet ive never come across this especially over something as small as a confirmation code.
