Im trying to pay someone, when I pay them it's asking me for a confirmation by sending me a text or call. But when I click send text it says "sorry we couldn't confirm it's you", and then I just couldn't pay after all. PLEASE HELP!!!
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
