Can't login to create a new app

Hi, I can't login into https://www.paypal-apps.com/.
When accessing from the developer dashboard and try to login it gives me an error "There was an error processing your request." so I can't get in.
Is a business account and is verified. Actually I got in the last week with no problem but now seems not to be working for whatever reason.
