I have not recieved my withdrawal limit of 500.00. I had $1.95 taken off my wal-mart debit card on Dec. 11th and the transaction was completed on December 13th. Now, is it true that I needed to have a actual bank account to have my withdrawal funds posted to my bank account because I thought that I could use my wal mart debit card. Please help !
