Hello, I recently asked a question regarding a limit I was given after spending funds from a Greendot card. The problem was resolved, and I was told I'd be able to spend $250 before having to provide any extra information. However, I have just funded my account for about $50, the money is now in my account's funds, but I am not allowed to make any purchases, for I have reached an $80 limit. It's bad enough I was not notified of this limit, but moreso that the money is literally in my account, I don't understand why I cannot spend it. Please help me, for I am obviously missing something here. Thank you for your time.
