Hello,
I made a withdrawal which I didn't received (it has been a month by now), I started a trace but all I get is stupid automatic and repetitive emails in which every representative is telling me to start a trace.
So...today I called Papyal asking for details about the trace and after 20 minutes the rep. told me that I must upload a bank statement on my account, even though I sent one by fax. At first I said ok but after I ended the call I realized that I can't upload a document if I don't have a dispute or a resolution(don't know if it's the correct term).
So...did the Paypal employee **bleep**ed me or I can upload the document?
Regards,
Bogdan
