question about a purchase

I have some money allready in my paypal account and i want to buy a few things but the total is alittle more than what is in my account but I also have a card attached to my account and I was wondering that if i buy something that is more than what i have in my paypal balance will it subtract from my balance first then take the remander form my card because i dont want all of it takin from my card because its only a few dollars more than what i have in the account balance?

Hello Vell-

Welcome to the board! 

If you have funds in your PayPal account balance, we would take the funds from there--and the remaining from your credit card on file.
