Twice,withdrawal rejected.There is not any problem with my bank account.Where is the problem?

I have tried to transfer money to my bank account but the system dosn't seem to let me, please advise.

I had the same issue 3 times this week, its always the large sums of money that cant be transfered into my account.

 

why is this?
