I added a debit card to my account in hopes it would make money transfers and payments process faster. Before I did this I had a payment still pending even though the bank said the money was in Pay Pal. In the mean time I bought another item and processed the payment which said it has cleared but the old payment still pending. Do I need to transfer funds to Pay Pal again in the amount to cover both items? I'm afraid now the other person will still be left waiting and that I let the other payment cut in line! I feel awful! Been off Ebay for a while so rusty at this.
