Hi,
I made a transfer from my bank account to my Paypal account November 9th. As it was taking too long, I sent en e-mail to Paypal asking about the status of the transfer. 9 days later (November 18th), I received and e-mail from the staff notifying me about the success of the transfer. Also, I received the automatic confirmation e-mail, saying the transfer was successful. However, at this day (November 23th), I still don't see any changes in my Paypal balance! I sent another e-mail and the staff replied to me, saying that my Top Up was indeed successful November 18th!How can this be?Why can't I see the updated balance nor use it?
