When I joined Paypal I did so using my Mastercard, which was accepted. One of my clients started paying me through my PP account. I currently have nearly US$ 1800 in my account. In my country, the only possible way to withdraw money from PP is through a credit card. However, the card I originally registered with is no longer eligible for withdrawals because PP and Mastercard don't work together anymore (at least in my country). The only possibility is to register a Visa Card, then. Okay, I opened a Visa card and.... surprise!! That particular Visa card is also rejected by Paypal.
I've filed complaints with Paypal, but all I seem to get is automated responses stating alternate ways of withdrawing money (none of which is applicable to my country).
