I am having a problem with two seperate charges of $20 on my bank account. Both are within 5 days of eachother (January 31st and February 4th), and are both titled "Paypal Inst Xfer 110130". I have contacted Paypal via phone and they have said that there are no records indicating any fees. This also complies with my online summary on my Paypal page, short of a failed payment on January 30th, and a completed payment for the same failed payment on February 7th. After contacting my bank, who denied that a fee was made from them, I am left without any answer of where the fees came from, and am now short $40. Does anyone have any information regarding the situation?
