Pay Pal balance and Pay Pal Smart Connect - please help!

My Pay pal account says I have $6.11 paypal balance. But if I look below it also says I have $35.91 is my current balance for smart connect so I ask, is 35.91 my current balance? Or is 6.11? Or do I have both? Oh, im so confused... please help.

It sounds like you have $6.11 in your PayPal account balance.  So basically, this amount can be used for purchases or you can withdraw it to your bank if you chose to.

 

Now the PayPal Smart Connect balance would be referencing the amount owed on that credit product.

Now is there a way to see how this came about?

I know how I have $6.11 left via viewing the history of my transactions. But I do not know I ended up owing $35.91

 

I don't believe I've even used the card yet. Is there a way to view my transaction history of my card?

I just received a bill from you people( PayPal Smart Connect)

 

The bill is for $183.00 for what?

 

I was under the impression that any of my charges were to be taken from

my bank checking account as they occurred. So what is the $183.00 for?

 

By the way, I had some refunds coming to me most recently Feb.9 - $97  Jan. 29 - $129

Where this money go.

You can view the details of your Smart Connect activity by:

 

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click "History" at the top of the page.
  3. Click "More Filters."
  4. Click "Financial Products and Services."
  5. Click "PayPal Smart Connect."

Here's how to view more details of your card:

  1. Click "View card details" on the Account Overview page.
  2. From there, view transactions, statements, and payment history, or make a payment online.

We are unable to go into account specifics on the forums, I would recommend contacting the PayPal Credit Service Center for details on your Smart Connect account.
