Need help ! I can't pay using my PayPal

Hi , 

I'm trying to pay for online shopping , I followed the directions to pay using my paypal account and I got this message :

"This credit card is already linked to your PayPal account. Please add a different card or go to the Profile tab and choose Add or Edit Credit Card to update your card information."

why I have to add a different card ???!

Did you login to your PayPal account, click on the "Profile" tab and choose "Add or Edit Credit Card" to see if your card information is accurate?
