text verification not working

In the  settings there is an option to verify your mobile to boost security so your phone can be linked.  The number 62 226 doesnt work and keeps saying Not Delivered?

I can receive txt`s from paypal ok its the reply back doesnt work.

Regrettably we can’t see your account details here. I would recommend you calling PayPal Customer Services by clicking onto Contact us on any PayPal page as they will be able to review your account and provide you with the best course of action.
