hi guys, received a email from paypal regarding a buyer who paid me thru paypal. however i received a email from paypal that i need to pay the shipping fees in order to secure the payment. Do i need to pay shipping fees to agent to secure payment from my buyer?

Welcome to our Community and thank you for posting your question. 

The email you received is not from PayPal. We would not ask sellers to pay any extra shipping fees in order to receive the payment. As soon as the buyer has send a payment this will be visible in your transaction log. The money should also be visible on your balance. I would advise to send the email to spoof@PayPal.com and we will investigate the sender and take further action.
