printing off past months payments , cant seem to be able to get the whole month,

i am trying to print off last years paypal money in and out, but, the activity search only seems to bring up half the month, what am i doing wrong, this has always worked in the past thanks

You can create and download a detailed report of all your transaction activity for any period of time in the past 3 years.

Here's how to quickly download your account statements.

1. Go to Activity.
2. From the Statements dropdown, select Activity export.

3. Select a date range and click Download History.

If data continues to be eliminated from the exportation, please click here to contact PayPal Customer Service. If the issue is due to a technical problem, the adviser can escalate it to a member of the relevant team for further review.
