i just got a email from usa saying that the person paid into paypal B UT the money is pending e mail says send tracking number this sis a new measure taken by paypaL?
The best way to confirm the status of your payment is to log into your PayPal account (from the PayPal site) and check your history log. Even if PayPal have held your payment, you will still see it there along with its status. I would not recommend that you send any item until you can see the status of the payment is “completed” in your PayPal history log.
