has paypal changed the look of login page on ebay?

I tried to purchase on ebay and got a new-look login page for paypal.  Obviously suspicious.  Can someone re-assure me that this is the latest look and that it's ok, please?  alastria7

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
