automated service error

i am getting seriously angry and fustrated at this service im trying to recover an old account and it says error cannot verify your account using our automated service i am very fed up

I'm sorry that you have been finding this difficult. The best option is to call us. Our teams can be reached by clicking on ‘help & contact’ at the bottom of any PayPal page. You will be asked for a phone number on the line but just wait or mention the word password to be put through to the right team.

On the phone we can verify you and help you to get back into the account.
