Weird email

Greetings,

I received 4 weird emails this morning telling me " Statement your account has been updated successfully on..". I have not made any changes recently, is someone trying to phish my log in info? I haven't changed anything in my account recently. Here are some screenshots, the last one is the web page that opens up when I click LOGIN NOW on the pdf file received in the emails.

Yea had an email from admin"@"seit*******u.com, claiming to be from PAYPAL, claiming to have an invoice from NEXTUK. Invoice ID: NEXTUK 858948589 I know it's spam mail as it was sent to my email what's not linked to my PayPal account.
