I have a UK account and I have received three emails, apparently from Paypal.co.uk that say I've initiated payments to Paypal. I didn't initiate these. I haven't logged into my UK account for years and I can't login or reset the password (out of date phone numbers, slow email, security questions that seem to be incorrect). My worry is that my account has been accessed by someone else and I've been trying to secure it before anything bad happens. I can't reach PayPal in any form other than this. Any suggestions?

If the email doesn't have your first and last name it's a fake email not sent by PayPal

It has both names. I consiered that but can't see anything that would hint at it being fake.
